Therapeutic work is done from an integrative approach to help individuals through the process by exploring the Root. There are four phases that are important for successful engagement and overall growth:

    R: recognition of how behavior and thought processes are affecting the current situation.

    O: observation and exploration of feelings, reactions, values and beliefs.

    O: overcome personal obstacles and develop new strategies and the willingness to be open to new thoughts and behaviors.

    T: transformation into a healthier version of oneself.

    Meet Tawanna Hudson, LCSW

    Tawanna Hudson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas. Professionally she has over 15 years of experiences working in child welfare, homeless prevention, medical social worker, and counseling military and their families. Tawanna’s quest and passion is to promote and assist others find their confidence through encouragement, empowerment, self-acceptance, self-awareness and their commitment to engage in the therapeutic process.  

    This is done by applying skills through a variety of clinical skills and techniques.
